Terms and Conditions

• Bookings are usually confirmed by email, but a confirmatory letter can be posted upon request.
  
  
• Prices are negotiable for all courses run in-house.
  
  
• Payment may be made by cheque (made out to ScienceInform Ltd) or by BACS transfer. Full details are given on the invoice which will normally be sent by email as a pdf attachment. Payments must be made within 14 days of booking.
  
  
• Cancellations should be made in writing, and will be charged at 50% of booking fee if received more than 2 weeks prior to the course, or 100% of fees if less than 2 weeks. Substitutions will naturally incur no penalty. There may be a penalty, however, if transfers are made to later courses. ScienceInform reserves the right to postpone a course or to change location. In the case of the former, existing bookings will be transferred to the nearest convenient date.

Travel and accommodation is the sole responsibility of the client, but ScienceInform can recommend suitable venues upon request.
